1. December meeting record approved.
2. Town of Holden Master Plan
Jeff Maxtutis' draft copy report "Existing Transportation Conditions" dated October 13, 2006 was reviewed in detail with Jeff and some recommendations were suggested. Jeff will revise the report, incorporating some of the suggested changes. It is understood that any changes are at his discretion. Additionally, Jeff has been in contact with Rich Rydant at CMRPC. Rich reported that Ed Bromage continues to work on the computer model study of a possible I-190/Malden Street interchange. It is anticipated that his report will be available in a few weeks.
3. Doyle Road/Brattle Street intersection
Cullinan Engineering continues to work on their new (second) study of this intersection. Nothing new as yet from Cullinan. T/C has received the same detailed information on accidents at this intersection that Cullinan reportedly has. This information is from the Holden Police Department. T/C reviewed this information briefly. No conclusions were reached.
4. Rice School LLC
Plans and a November 2006 Traffic Impact Study were transmitted to T/C on January 8, 2007. T/C reviwed these and have no comments except to say that these 25 condos can be expected to generate no more traffic than the Rice School did during the years it operated as a school.
